Calling All Pop Culture Vendors - the PopZone Pavilion is back for 2025, located right next to Sideshow Alley!
This unique space is dedicated entirely to all things pop culture, collectibles & creativity, giving vendors a prime opportunity to connect with thousands of fans over 3 massive days: Thurs/Fri/Sat, Oct 16-18.

Why Join PopZone?
✨ Targeted Audience: PopZone draws fans of anime, comics, cosplay, gaming, movies, sci-fi, fantasy and more. It’s the perfect spot to showcase your merchandise, collectibles or creative products.
✨ Interactive Attractions: Alongside vendors, the Pavilion will feature a LEGO building activity , face-painting and 360-degree photo booth – guaranteed to pull fans in and keep them engaged.
✨ Secure Pavilion: All sites are indoors and the Pavilion is locked overnight for peace of mind.
✨ Convenience for Vendors: All sites are 4 metres deep, with flexible frontage options to suit your display. Vendors also enjoy free camping at the Showground from Wed night 15/10 up to and including Sat night 18/10.
