Options for commercial trade and exhibitor space include:
- William Smith Pavilion – completely undercover and locked overnight. All sites are 4 metres deep
- Claude Riley Pavilion – completely undercover and locked overnight. All sites are 4 metres deep.

Food & Beverage Vendors / Charity & Non-Profit Sites
Applications for Food & Beverage vendors and Charity / Non-Profit sites are considered individually. Please email: advise stall type (marquee/trailer/van), power requirements and dimensions; indicate width of serving side with and without tow-bar and attach photos.
SITE FEES: Fees for standard sites for all 3 days are listed below; GST is not included. Access to 10 Amp power (for domestic use only) is included. For non-standard sites, please email: tradespace@northcoastnational.com.au
William Smith Pavilion
all sites are 4m deep. Standard 3m wide site: $350.00 (i.e. 3m wide by 4m deep)
Claude Riley Pavilion
All sites are 4m deep. Standard 3m wide site: $335.00 (i.e. 3m wide by 4m deep)
Undercover (roof only)
Depth of site may vary. Limited availability. Standard 3x3m wide site: $320.00
Outdoors Trade & Exhibitor space - general:
Depth of site may vary. Standard 3x3m site: $300.00
Farming products & services (outdoors):
Depth of site may vary. Standard 10x10m site: $350.00; 20x10m site: $540.00
A $5 processing fee applies to all applications.
POWER: Fees for access to power required for heating, cooking, refrigeration or heavy equipment are as follows (for all 3 days in total). All leads must be heavy duty (yellow or orange) and test-tagged within the last six (6) months.
- 10A power-point/s: single $35.00; double $40.00
- 15A power-point/s: single $40.00; double $75.00
- 32A three-phase: $120.00
Bringing your own generator is by prior permission only. Only “silent” generators are permitted.
