Pricing for Trade & Exhibitor Space

Site fees for the following options are total for all 3 days and include access to 10 Amp power. All leads must be heavy duty and test-tagged within the last six (6) months.

William Smith and Claude Riley Pavilions

• Sites are $110/m frontage; sites may range in frontage between 2m and 6m.
• Standard 3x3m Pavilion site fees are $330 + GST.

Undercover Trade/Exhibitor Sites

• Standard 3x3m: $350 + GST; other sizes by negotiation.

Trade Stalls - outside

• A standard single Trade stall is 3x3m but may be wider in certain locations.
• A single Trade site is $300 + GST
• A double Trade site is $500 + GST
• Larger sites are by negotiation only.

Farming Products & Services - outside

• 10 x 10m $320 + GST
• 10 x 20m $550 + GST

Charity and Not for Profit Stalls – INFORMATION ONLY

• All sites are 3-4m deep.
• Sites fee for 2m wide stall is $70.00 incl. GST
• Site fee for 3m wide stall is $110.00 incl. GST
• Sites larger than 3x3 will be charged at commercial rates.

NB: Printed material may be provided only from your site. Stepping out into the walkway to hand out printed or other materials to passers-by is not permitted. Roaming around the Showground handing out printed or other materials is also not permitted.

Power

NB:  All leads must be heavy duty and test-tagged within the last six (6) months. Access to:

• Single or double 10 Amp power is included in the above prices for all 3 days. If you require more power, total fees for all 3 days are as follows.
• Single 15 Amp Power-point:      $40.00
• Double 15 Amp Power-point:    $75.00
• Single 10 AND 15 Amp Power-point:  $75.00
• 32 Amp Three Phase connector:  $120.00

NOTE: Bringing your own generator is by prior permission only. Only “silent” generators are permitted.
